Mary is a partner in Kiely & Mudge, a company focused on helping corporate leaders get breakthrough results time after time, year after year. Mary is also the President and founder of InnerQuest Associates, a firm specializing in performance improvement systems.
Mary is a dynamic and motivational speaker, trainer, and business consultant. She has a unique ability to connect with people at all levels of the business. Her specialty is in the area of individual and team performance improvement with a particular emphasis on leadership development. For 18 years, Mary has partnered with senior members in diverse lines of business, designing and developing major performance improvement initiatives in sales, customer care, billing, collections, and finance.
Mary authored “Sales Success Through Coaching,” a unique sales training program incorporating a paradigm shift from an autocracy to a collaborative selling environment. She delivered it to over 3,000 call center associates and their managers. Her proven expertise in orchestrating shifts in performance and cultures made her the obvious choice to be the only outside consultant named as a champion for Team Based Organizations on Verizon’s President’s council
Mary authored a training and development model called, Artistic Genius and is an acknowledged expert in the field of accelerated learning. She presented at an international conference attended by 600 accelerated learning teachers and her model was subsequently adopted as the training model for facilitators and course developers within a Fortune 500 telecom corporation.
Mary holds current certificates from Villanova University in Mastery of Project Management, Mastery of Project Management IS/IT, Strategic Leadership, and a Green Belt in Six Sigma. She has participated in fast track management programs at Brandeis University and Babson College
